It will cellar for years (if you can wait that long!) 100% free run juice, hand-picked grapes from old vines. No added acid or finings. Gently pressed and fermented slowly in controlled conditions to maintain the fruit purity, enabled us to make a truly exceptional expression of Clare Valley Riesling from this very special site.
